They say these men and women ran into the buildings knowing they would not come out alive.



I can't begin to understand how anyone could do that and I stand in awe of their bravery.



I spent hours searching photos and reading stories on 9/11 last night. It has been so long since I've done that I had forgotten how much devastation there was.



I know there were so many other lives affected and so many other heroes from all walks of life. I decided to dedicate this day in my blog to the firefighters. Not just the ones that lost their lives, and not just the ones that fought the battles that day and many days after, but to all firefighters who risk their lives everyday.
Firefighters rock!
