it's so tiring to be rehersing for ndp. was rehersing from 8am to 6pm yesterday.

some *spoilers* ahead.

anyway, there'll be 4 support army contingents and my group is proud to be forming the first 0 in 2006 hahaha. currently there'll be times ill be in the front row so must look out for me hor!

as usual, 4 songs will be played, each in a official language. the first is an indian song. sounds like a new original song but i wouldnt know. the second is malay. this song has a very zestful start and i immediately liked it and i thought it was a new song den as it went on, it was a new remix of the childrens' day song! you know the 'sama sama majuga hadapad' song? yes thats it! third was another remix of some chinese song. it now has a 70's vibe to it which i think is good. last is the new ndp song. the tempo is slower than recent ndp songs not unlike kit chan's Home. very nice.

bagpipe music will be played when the parade commander is intro-ed and not that i want to be mean or wad but he sucks. he commands like a hantu. soooo draggy and lowwww. hopefully he improves. and there is this female freak contorsionist behind the police contingent! her hands are super duper flexible!!! like no bone like that! serious! when she swings her arm back it's like the letter 'L'. i had to bite my lip the whole time she marched passed to prevent me from laughing.

i was so close to be seen by 4 million people! i was sorta nominated to have this interview they would broadcast (representing armour) on tv asking me my hopes for s'pore and how i feel to be part of ndp 06. i actually didn't really mind (so shameless of me) but i was already very sunburnt and sweaty so i gave up the chance...damn!

speaking of rehersals, how shu huan/ee hui mentioning about madonna and being 21 may, all of you HAVE to watch this. MUST WATCH.

lastly, i'm going for the moe teaching award interview!!! i was so happy when the lady called me today! woohoo! my dream to become a teacher is one step closer!!!they must have loved my essay lol. hope i don't screw it up! it's next monday!
