back from 7 days 6 nights field camp! quite sway la cos it rained a lot of days so we got muddy.

Day 1

8km route march to first camp site. pitched basha and digged drainage. ate combat rations. tastes better than cookhouse food. started on Individual Field Craft (IFC) training. have never seen a worse toilet in my life. power bath at nite. gets very dark at nite. couldn't sleep well and woke up like every hour or so. lost 2 pairs of socks.

Day 2

morning got pumped cos we were late in falling in. den it was 5BEx which included a 2km run in half uniform. put on camo and went to listen to more IFC lectures. den it RAINED had to hide in the pathetic basha. when rain stop le have to improve drainage. damn muddy. did some movement thingy den my section helped dismantle concertina wires. dinner was compulsory instant noodles so we watched and learn how to cook but i was so lazy i just ate them raw. lol.

Day 3

packed up and marched to new camp site. more IFC training. pee-ed a lot that day, dunno why. sergeants told us ghost stories at nite haha. haven bathed and shit for 3 days oredi.

Day 4

morning more IFC lessons but this time it was lectures. den it was lunch. got fresh rations cos it was technical break day!! but it RAINED like siao until they evacuated us to nearby buildings. some of us were so happy to sit on concrete ground again haha. oh ya we got to bathe!!! dinner and nite snack also fresh rations. i still prefer combat rations.

Day 5

suppose to have morning run but was changed to group walk to go see sunrise lol. but we were a bit late to see it but still got to sit and enjoy the view. more IFC practicals later in the morn. lunch was like shit (literally) cos some assholes din cover up properly and the whole coy got punished. den we had to eat lunch around the latrine area. did more IFC practicals. had the urge to shit but din. evening packed up and marched to new camp site. place was reclaimed land. very windy. too windy at around 3.30am and it RAINED.

Day 6

trench digging day. first lect den it was digging and digging all the way. had fresh rations again. slept in my own trench.

Day 7

morning marched to some place to do fire movement. follwed by battle innoculaton curse (crawling and more crawling). marched back to coy line after that to prepare for wad else? BOOK OUT!!

wad did i learn during field camp? that is is possible to not shit for 7 days!! ur worst enemy is not people but fibre. oh ya within 24hrs when i reached home i shit-ted 5 times hahahah.
