went gymming with nad today well basically i did some arm excerise and ran a total of 4km hopefully i can reach 8km by april :S damn i think ive reached the bloody workout plateau shit...

a week of retrospect (did i use the word correctly??), it has been tough, thinking about my ups and downs. compared to last yr this has been a very 'down' year...felt some self-remorse when i thought of all the nasty stuff ive done - some deserved it - especially those who are FAKE but no it doesnt mean im leaving behind the justin all of u know me i'll still curse and swear but im just mellowing down a lil'.
